Good to know
Before you book
Is a VIP pass the same as a competition entry?
No. A VIP pass is for watching. If you want to fly, register on the Participate page — competitors can add a VIP pass for guests traveling with them.
When do prices confirm?
When the host city and venue are announced. Everything shown here is indicative, and deposits are fully refundable until confirmation.
Are children included?
Under-tens are free on an adult pass and have their own supervised area in the Kids Zone. Ages ten to seventeen are half price.
What about accessibility?
The grandstand and lounge are step-free with reserved wheelchair positions and companion seating at no extra cost. Tell us when you book.
Can sponsors upgrade?
Yes. Bracket and Presenting tiers include lounge tables; other tiers can add them at the group rate.
Is the lounge licensed?
Beer and wine are served outside competition hours, subject to the host country's rules. Soft drinks and coffee all day.
