What it is
A permanent record of the people who went first
There will only ever be one Founding Edition. The Hall of Founders is the permanent register of everyone who was part of it — not only the podium, but every competitor who put a kite in that sky, every country that sent one, every official who ran a lane, and every champion crowned.
Registration is the only qualification. When you complete an entry for 2027 you are added automatically, listed under your name, your country and your class. The roll grows as the field fills, closes when the last bell rings, and is never reopened.

Complete an entry and your name is added within 24 hours. There is nothing else to apply for.

The roll never reopens
It closes at the end of the 2027 championship. No later edition can add a Founder.

Each Founder receives a numbered certificate and a founding-edition cover face for their kite.
