Mark up draft v0.4 and send amendments. Adopted changes are published with the reasoning and your association credited.

We recognize your existing certification and top it up with format training in championship week.

Run a member qualifier
Host a sanctioned qualifier to the published rulebook; results seed the world ladder and the championship draw.
